3 MONTHS. 3 DELIVERABLES. LASTING IMPACT.
Improvement sprints are RAPID, FOCUSED, and FACILITATED improvement initiatives focused on a specific quality, safety, or operational improvement opportunity. Each month, participants complete one deliverable using the provided tool and participate in one learning webinar. 1:1 virtual coaching and feedback is available as an option. By the end of the three month experience, each participant has a robust implementation plan to impact the outcome of interest. The improvement sprints are led by implementation science experts from a variety of healthcare backgrounds selected to match the goals of your improvement sprint.
